Ken Healey - MC
Ken Healey’s professional life divides almost equally between classical music and live theatre. For more than 20 years he has been pre-concert speaker for the Australian Chamber Orchestra’s subscription concerts. For even longer he has been writing and broadcasting about play performances, orchestral and chamber music concerts and opera. Ken has been teaching History of Theatre at NIDA since 1987, and feels even busier since he retired from full-time teaching there at the end of 2006. His daughter is a member of the Sydney Symphony, and his son is a free-lance theatre director, based in
Melbourne. |
